‘‘Kersh launches London firm’’

James Kersh, director Liverpool-base auctioneer Sutton Kersh and founder of AuctionYourProperty.com is joining forces with ex-Allsop employee Andrew Binstock to launch London-based Sutton Kersh Binstock.

Binstock said: "The Merseyside rooms are tough. I cut my teeth there when the property market was flattening out and southerners were accused of driving prices up."

The firm intends to hold its first sale in March.

Kersh said: "We have created a very good model in Liverpool and a sophisticated infrastructure and distribution network, which will smooth the transition in London."
