Sutton Kersh Binstock, a new arrival on the London property scene has announced the date of their first auction to be held on 22nd March 2007 at the Ramada Hotel, Watford.
Sutton Kersh Binstock comes with a distinct pedigree related to the Liverpool based Sutton Kersh
auction house which has achieved notable success in the Northwest and is currently reaching sales rates
of 95%. Andrew Binstock, the London side of operations, started his career at Allsops auction house and as
well as a successful career as an auctioneer is also the founder of AuctionYourProperty.com.
James Kersh, Co-director of Sutton Kersh Binstock commented:
"Over the past 4 years, we have completely turned the auction scene around in Liverpool. Auctions
were traditionally used only by the professional investor; now it is amazing to see our auction rooms
packed with people from all walks of life. It has definitely contributed to the massive growth of the
market in Merseyside"

Their aim is to generate the same type of success in London as they have in Merseyside, where they
