Legal Documents

Legal documents for each auction property are supplied to us prior to each auction. Typically they include: special conditions of sale, leases, plans, planning permission, title details and searches. They are available for inspection at our offices and in the auction room on the day of the sale.

Legal packs can be viewed online for free by visiting the online catalogue and clicking the Legal Pack link in the right hand column.

If you prefer a hard copy then we can send these out from our office at a cost of £25 each.
