James Kersh

James Kersh (MRICS) is a director of the successful Liverpool based Sutton Kersh Estate Agents and Auction House, with 8 branches throughout Merseyside. He has 11 years experience in commercial agency as well as residential and commercial auctions, which he established at Sutton Kersh in 2002.

In 2003 he sold virtually 4 whole streets at a single auction and was responsible for the biggest auction Liverpool has ever seen in 2004, when over 1000 people clamoured to bid on 335 lots.

Andrew Binstock

An accomplished auctioneer, Andrew Binstock, the founder of AuctionYourProperty.com, began his career in the residential auction department at Allsop & Co, before venturing out on his own as an investor/developer.

As the official Auctioneer for Sutton Kersh in Liverpool since February 2006, he has achieved notable success hitting an average 90-95% sales rate and has since become something of a celebrity on the Liverpool circuit.

In Liverpool alone his auction turnover for 2006 reached �37m. So far in 2007, after 3 London auctions, his total auction sales for SKB stands at almost £14m.
